Talitha Arts sessions are run by a combination of trained art therapists and professional creatives who all bring a range of specific skills and training to the work. Sessions give space for creative expression, community engagement and self-empowerment through gentle movement, group work and creative arts-based activities.

Talitha uses integrated arts throughout programmes and draw on a wide range of sensory and integrated art forms such as music, movement, paint, clay work and more. Workshops are trauma informed and person-centred and always cater for the comfortability, pace, and ability of the specific group we are working with. Sessions aim to bring joy, build confidence, and provide a space where individuals can feel seen, heard and validated through creative expression and reflection.’
