One of the key aims of the NAPA Arts in Care Homes programme is to work towards embedding arts and cultural participation into care provision.
Throughout 2023, NAPA will be developing work based on the recommendations from Every Care Home A Creative Home, a report published by The Baring Foundation in 2023.
This report was a followup to a consultation with stakeholders, that Arts in Care Homes carried in 2021, asking the question:
What would it require for all care homes in England to offer their residents access to relevant creative and cultural opportunities on a daily basis?
